GA Z77-DS3H is quite good and not so expensive mainboard for Hackintosh systems running Os X 10.7 or later. It’s not OOB since you will need to add and remove some kexts to make it fully functional + set up your bios. This new generation of motherboard uses UEFI Bios so DSDT.aml in not needed anymore. All you will need is a few extra kexts for your Network, Audio and Serial-ATA interface… Also this tutorial includes setup for Nvidia GTX 650 graphics card, which is used instead of default CPU’s Intel HD 2500 graphics.

Gigabyte GA P41T-D3P is very cheap motherboard and it’s perfect solution if you wanna use your older socket 775 CPU with a newer DDR3 memory to build a low budget hackintosh. Actually its cheaper to buy new motherboard + 2x4GB DDR3 memory modules than just 2x4GB DDR2 memory modules which are very expensive this days. This tutorial will show you how to setup your BIOS, and install OS X 10.8.2 Mountain Lion on this specific motherboard, but it should work for most intel based Gigabyte main boards and core2duo or later processors. You just need to find exact hardware you use, and than select specific drivers and (if u use) DSDT.aml for your main board.

This card should run OOB on hackintosh 10.7.x, and 10.8.x computers, however, not in my case :). If u put GraphicsEnabler=No, as somebody described in some tutorial, everything seems to work perfect, until you try to use DVD, or some software like Ableton or Resolume, or most of the games which crashes instantly. I think that the problem is in ATI d-sub connector, there are also a DVI and HDMI connectors on this card (you should use DVI connector), so probably OS X have a problem with d-sub which is not used any more on mac computers…
